The National Disability Strategy of July 2021. What next?

The National Disability Strategy was published in July 2021. It is a cross-government strategy to improve the lives of disabled people. But, how has it been received by disability groups and what is the legal situation? In January 2022, the High Court ruled the strategy unlawful, based on a case brought by four disabled people in relation to the consultation process.
